在改革开放以来我国经济不断发展,我国现今仍为一个发展中国家,各类企业的发展都离不开管理的作用,因此努力提高人才的应用能力是极其重要的。本文从企业加强工商管理的意义及如何加强工商管理的相应对策出发,提出自己的见解。

This paper proposes opinions and the corresponding countermeasure from strengthening the significance of the business administration for enterprise and how to strengthen the industrial and commercial management.
