"抓大放小"是工作中一条科学的指导原则,既是一种管理理念,也是一种管理方式。本文从大学班主任的角度出发,针对当代大学生的特点,讨论其在高校班级管理中的重要性和必要性,并就如何运用"抓大放小"的原则做好班级管理工作进行了初步的探索。

' Grasp and let go' is a scientific guiding principle in work,which is not only a concept of management,but also a style of management. Based on the characteristics of contemporary college students,the paper discusses the importance and necessity of ' grasp and let go' principle in class management from the perspective of class advisers in colleges. It conducts a preliminary exploration of how to apply the ' grasp and let go' principle into the class management.
