基于“破窗效应”的高校辅导员管理心理策略

摘要 高职高专学生工作和辅导员管理要注重和学会运用破窗心理效应,首先,在学生工作基本架构下学会建设好辅导员管理的既严格又人性化的扎实窗户,窗户环境既要有光明,又要有前途,关窗以安全保暖,开窗以大展宏图。严格维护辅导员管理的每一扇窗户,可以开窗,但不能破窗;倘若不幸窗破,必须及时补救。辅导员在对学生的管理中同样学会运用破窗心理效应,并把它让大学生在自己的生活管理与社会实践中不断接力传递,正能发扬。 The responsibilities of vocational college students and management of counselor must play attention and apply the breaking-window psychological effect. First of al,under the basic framework of students guiding working,we must learn to build a solid window of counselor management,which is strict and of humanity. The environment of this window must be in a bright and promising way; its close situation must be safe and worm,and its open situation ambitious. Every window of counselor management must be in strict maintenance. Opening this window is acceptable but definitely no breaking. If unfortunately the window gets broken,remedy must be needed in time. Counselors in the management of students also learn to use the breaking window psychological effect,to make sure the effect is able to carry forward and insert effective influence in students' life management and social practice in the relay.
