基于学习型组织视角下的地方政府城市治理问题研究

Based on the Learning Organization under the Perspective of Urban Governance Research of Local Government

近年来,城市治理逐渐受到我国地方政府的关注,如何提高地方政府的城市治理水平推进城市健康有序的发展成为政府工作的重心。本文将学习型组织应用到地方政府的城市治理中来,分析了我国地方政府在城市治理中遇到的阻碍,并借助学习型组织理论提出了提升地方政府城市治理水平的对策。

In recent years,urban governance gradually got the attention of local government in China. How to improve the urban governance of local governments to promote healthy and orderly development of the city becomes the center of gravity of the government's work. In this paper,the author,applying the learning organization to local government in urban governance,analyzes the local government in urban governance encounter obstacles,and puts forward the measures to enhance the level of urban governance of local government with the help of a learning organization theory.
