社区建立社会体育专业实习基地的影响研究

社区作为城市化的缩影,所容纳的人口越来越多。社区体育是社区居民闲暇时间参与度最高的项目,是衡量社区的稳定与发展的重要指标;在其发展的过程中出现指导人员紧缺、组织管理不到位的情况。以往社会体育专业教育实习关注点仅局限与中小学,与群众体育联系不密切,在一定程度上阻碍专业的发展。研究发现社区设立社会体育专业实习基地,将很大程度上社区体育存在的人员、管理等方面的问题,同时对于社体专业本身的发展起到很好的推动作用,两者间形成互惠互利发展局面。

As a microcosm of urbanization,the population accommodation of the community is more and more. The community sports is the highest degree of project for community residents in the leisure time,it is an important index to measure the stability and development of the community; guiding staff shortage,management is not in place in the process of its development. In the past,the focus of social sports education practice is confined to primary and secondary schools,which is not closely linked with mass sports,which hinders professional development to some extent. The study found that the establishment of community social sports professional practice base,there will be problems of community sports in a large extent,personnel management and other aspects,at the same time for the development of professional community,itself has played a good role in promoting mutual development and formed the situation between the two.
