摘要
绿色建筑环境性能后评估方法由于涉及因子过多,造成某些重要信息被掩盖。而运行主成分分析法可以在大量变量中筛选出主要的综合因子,并且能充分合理地解释这些综合因子的由来。对严寒地区沈阳市绿色建筑进行调研,通过问卷调查的方法获得数据,利用主成分分析方法及SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions)软件对已经建立起来的绿色建筑环境性能后评估指标体系进行评价,同时得到指标的计算公式。分析健康与舒适性指标项,将原来37项评价指标提取出10个主成分,完成了绿色建筑后评估指标体系间相关性的分析。
As for the green building environmental performance evaluation system,it causes some important information concealed because there are many reasons. However,principal component analysis( PCA) can be used in a large number of variables selected in the main synthesis factor,and can fully and rationally explain the origin of these comprehensive factors. Investigating green buildings in Shenyang in cold regions,the data can be obtained through the questionnaire survey. Using the method of principal component analysis and SPSS software,the established indicator system has got evaluated,at the same time we can get index calculation formula. Taking an example of health and comfort index analysis,we complete the analysis to the correlation between indicators through the original 37 indexes decrease to the10 main components.
