基于应变实测值的路面结构层模量反演分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对使用弯沉反演路面结构层模量存在的解不合理或不收敛等问题,提出使用应变进行模量反演的方法,在最优化理论的基础上建立了应变反演路面结构层模量的数学模型,根据大比例尺路面模型试验结果,采用ABAQUS有限元软件进行了基于应变实测值的模量反演分析。计算结果表明:在满足收敛标准时,能够得到较为符合实际情况的路面结构层模量反演结果,水泥混凝土、水泥稳定碎石、沥青混凝土3种典型路面材料的模量反演结果分别为24 084、3 642和1 246 MPa;利用模量反演值计算的各测点环向应变计算值与实测值之间的平均均方误差小(均小于0.1)、拟合精度高(相关系数达到0.98以上);基于应变实测值的路面结构层模量反演不受模量初始值和取值范围的影响,可获得唯一解,且可大幅提高反演的效率。 Based on the optimization theory,a strain inversion for pavement structure layer was developed by using the strain parameter to back-calculate the modulus.In order to solve the problems such as unreasonableness or non-convergence of the pavement layer modulus,the modulus inversion analysis based on the measured value of strain was carried out by finite element software ABAQUS according to the test results of large-scale pavement model test.The results showed that the backcalculation results of pavement modulus can be obtained when the convergence criterion was satisfied and the average mean square error between the measured values and the measured values was small.The fitting accuracy was high.The inversion of pavement layer modulus based on the measured value of strain can obtain the unique solution without being affected by the initial value and the range of the modulus,which can greatly improve the efficiency of inverse calculation.
