对台湾政权轮替后语言生活动态走向的思考

A Reflection of the Dynamic Tendency of the Language Life after the Transition of Political Power in Taiwan

台湾政权轮替后,重掌政权的民进党为实现其"台独"党纲,将会在语言生活领域继续实施"渐进式台独"策略,"陈规蔡随"可能会成为台湾未来语言政策的常态。受民进党语言政策变化的影响,台湾语言生活将会受到"绿化"动态冲击。"国语"和"台语"的语言地位之争、后者向前者发起攻势、青年一代的语言选择与矛盾将是未来台湾语言生活的主要关注点。对于未来台湾语言生活的变化,我们既要提高警惕,又要充满信心,相信台湾人民自己的选择,相信历史潮流的不可逆性。

After the transition of political power in Taiwan,Democratic Progressive Party which returns to power will practice the policy of ＂gradual Taiwan independence＂in the field of language life in order to realize its party program of ＂Taiwan independence＂. ＂Cai following Chen’s rules＂may become the normal condition of Taiwan’s future language policy. Influenced by the change of the Democratic Progressive Party’s language policy,Taiwan language life will be impacted dynamically by ＂The Green＂. The conflict of the language status between＂Mandarin＂and ＂Taiwan Residents＂,the offensive taken by the latter to the former,the language choice and the contradiction of the younger generation will be thefocus of the language life in future Taiwan. As to the change of the language life in future Taiwan,we should not only raise our vigilance,but be full of confidence as well. We should have faith in pepole in Taiwan’s choice and also in the irreversibility of the bigger historical background.
