绩溪县2016年健康人群血脂情况分析

Analysis of blood lipid status among healthy people in Jixi County in 2016

目的分析绩溪县2016年健康人群的血脂情况。方法选取2016年1月-2016年12月在我院进行体检的5,025名健康人群作为研究对象,且从我院体检中心收集到相应的体格检查以及实验室检查等数据。结果血脂异常总患病率为35.82%。其中,TC异常、TG异常、HDL-C异常、LDL-C异常以及一项以上异常者占血脂异常者的比例分别为72.22%、77.78%、8.33%、55.56%以及27.78%;男性与女性研究对象的血脂异常患病率分别为39.67%与30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着年龄的增长,血脂异常的患病率呈逐渐上升的趋势,50岁-59岁达到最高,之后再逐渐下降。结论绩溪县2016年血脂异常的发病率呈逐渐上升的趋势,且存在性别与年龄差异。

Objective To analyze the blood lipid status among healthy people in Jixi County in 2016. Methods The healthy population from January 2016 to December 2016 were examined in our hospital. 5,025 cases as the research object, and collected from the hospital medical center to the corresponding physical examination and laboratory exami-nation data. Results The total prevalence of dyslipidemia was 35.82%. Among them, TC anomaly and TG anomaly and HDL-C anomaly and LDL-C anomaly and one or more abnormal proportion of abnormal blood lipids were 72.22%, 77.78%, 8.33%, 55.56% and 27.78%; blood lipids in male and female subjects abnormal prevalence rates were 39.67% and 30.00%, the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）; with age increase, the prevalence of dyslipidemia increased gradually, 50-59 years old was the highest, then gradually decreased. Conclusion In Jixi County in 2016, incidence of dyslipidemia increased gradually, and there are differences between gender and age.
