Beclin1表达水平与乳腺癌临床分期相关性的研究

Correlation research between Beclin1 expression level and clinical stage of breast cancer

目的 Beclin1是与自噬相关的重要基因,本研究旨在明确其表达水平与乳腺癌临床分期的相关性。方法随机抽取2003年-2012年在上海市黄浦区中心医院手术的200例乳腺癌,20例良性乳腺疾病,对220例石蜡标本重新取材,应用免疫组织化学染色法检测Beclin1的表达水平。结果 Beclin1在乳腺癌原位癌组织中表达水平显著高于浸润性癌组织,乳腺癌细胞分化越差Beclin1表达水平越低。结论 Beclin1检测在乳腺癌诊断、诊疗中具有重要价值,可能作为预测乳腺癌病理分期的候选分子标志物。

Objective Beclin1 is a gene associated with autophagy, the purpose of this research is to clarify the correlation between the expression level and clinical stage of breast cancer. Methods Total of 200 cases of breast can-cer and 20 cases of benign breast diseases were randomly selected from Central Hospital of Shanghai Huangpu District during 2003-2012 years. 220 paraffn specimens were collected and restained to detect the expression of Beclin1 using immunohistochemical staining technique. Results The expression level of Beclin1 in breast cancer Primary carcinoma tissue was signifcantly higher than that in invasive carcinoma tissues, and the lower the differentiation of breast cancer cells, the lower the expression level of Beclin1. Conclusion The results suggest that Beclin1 detection has critical value in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, and may be used as candidate molecular marker to predict the patho-logical stage of breast cancer.
