泪道探通术联合药物注射治疗新生儿泪囊炎效果分析

Effect analysis of probing of lacrimal passage combined with drug injection in the treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis

目的本文就泪道探通术联合药物注射治疗新生儿泪囊炎的效果进行研究。方法选取我院在2016年3月-2017年4月收治的84例新生儿泪囊炎患儿,采取随机数字表法分为实验组与参照组,各42例。对参照组患儿采用单纯泪道探通术治疗,对实验组患儿采用泪道探通术联合药物注射治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗总有效率及并发症。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为97.62%,显著高于参照组的80.95%,且实验组的并发症发生率比参照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用泪道探通术联合药物注射治疗新生儿泪囊炎,可获得理想效果,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of probing of lacrimal passage combined with drug injection in the treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis. Methods A total of 84 cases of neonatal dacryocystitis in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 were selected. They were divided into the experimental group and the reference group by random number table, each with 42 cases. The reference group were treated with simple lacrimal passage treatment, the experimental group by lacrimal passage combined with drug injection therapy, compared two treatment group with the total effective rate and complications. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.62%, signif-cantly higher than 80.95% of the reference group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the reference group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of probing of lacrimal passage combined with drug injection in treatment of neo-natal dacryocystitis can achieve satisfactory results and is worthy of promotion.
