关节炎患者血清肿瘤标志物CA199及CA153检测及临床价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物糖类抗原199(CA199)与糖类抗原153(CA153)检测应用于类风湿关节炎中的临床价值。方法选取2015年8月29日-2017年4月15日48例我院类风湿关节炎患者为观察组,另取同期我院其他疾病患者50例为对照组。两组均予以血清肿瘤标志物CA199、CA153检测。观察两组检测结果。结果观察组CA199、CA153检测阳性几率分别为27.08%、31.25%,相比对照组更高(P<0.05);C反应蛋白检测、红细胞沉降率检测阳性者与阴性者CA199水平对比性不强(P>0.05),CA153水平对比差异较大(P<0.05)。结论类风湿关节炎患者可见肿瘤标志物水平显著增高,临床可以此评估病情,制定科学治疗方案。
