摘要 目的采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定全血中的铅。方法全血样品经1%硝酸-0.1%TritonX-100稀释,以塞曼效应扣背景,直接测定。结果标准曲线在0μg/L-100μg/L范围内线性良好,线性方程为y=2.938×10-3X+0.008,568,相关系数r=0.999,2,方法的检出限为0.3μg/L,RSD<5%,质控样品检测结果满意。结论该方法快速、简便,准确度高,重复性好,符合《血铅临床检验技术规范》要求。 Objective To measure the content of whole blood lead by Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The samples of whole blood were diluted by 1% nitric acid-0.1% TritonX-100, and menstruated. Results The standard curve is linear in the range of 0 μg/L-100 μg/L. The regression equation: y=2.938×10-3X+0.008,568, correlation coeffcient r=0.999,2. The determination limit is 0.3 μg/L, RSD〈5%, the mensuration result of the control sam-ples is satisfed. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, accurate and good repeated, in accordance with the request of clinical test technology criterion.
