文化软实力研究的学术视野

The Academic Perspective of Research on Cultural Soft Power

文化软实力研究在我国兴起已经有近十年的时间,它取得了很大的成绩并具有广阔的前景。为了更有效、更可持续地开展文化软实力研究,有必要对这种研究的社会性质、学术类型、研究规范、学术纵深、学科依托等方面进行反思。大体上说,文化软实力研究主要包括理论研究、现况研究和对策研究三个基本方面,特别是后两个方面构成智库型研究,是文化软实力研究的重点所在。这种智库型研究的目的不在于知识积累和学科建构,而在于以现实问题为中心的应用对策研究,是围绕现实课题而开展的多学科的协同攻关。文化软实力研究在我国主要归属于四个基本学科领域,即国际关系学视阈、中国特色社会主义理论研究视阈、文化学视阈、思想政治教育学视阈,并以此作为自己的依托学科。而随着文化软实力研究的持续发展,特别是着眼于这种研究的未来,那么就可以考虑谋划和构建文化软实力研究的独立学科。

The rise of cultural soft power research in our country has been nearly ten years,which has made great achievements and has broad prospects. In order to carry out the cultural soft power research more effectively and more sustainably,it is necessary to reflect on its social nature,academic type,research norm,academic depth,subject dependence and other aspects. Generally speaking,the cultural soft power research mainly includes three basic aspects： theoretical research, current situation research and countermeasure research,especially the latter two constitute a think tank type research which is the focus of cultural soft power research. The purpose of this type of research is not to accumulate knowledge and discipline construction,but to take practical problems as the center of the application countermeasure research,which is a multidisciplinary collaborative research around the practical issues. The cultural soft power research in our country mainly belongs to four basic subject areas： the perspective of international relations,the study on the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, culturology, ideological and political education, which are regarded as its own supported subjects. With the sustained development of cultural soft power research,especially focusing on the future of this research,we can consider designing and building an independent discipline of cultural soft power research.
