习近平总书记强调:要时刻准备应对重大挑战、抵御重大风险、克服重大阻力、解决重大矛盾,坚持和发展中国特色社会主义,坚持和巩固党的领导地位和执政地位。为此,我们要明确:人民是历史的创造者,必须坚持人民至上,一切为了人民,一切依靠人民,充分发挥人民的创造力。中国共产党是中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心,必须坚持全面从严治党,保持党的先进性,不断加强党的领导力。马克思主义是科学的理论,是无产阶级政党的指导思想,必须坚持推进马克思主义中国化,加强马克思主义的指导地位,确保马克思主义的引导力。发展是硬道理,必须坚持全面深化改革,以经济建设为中心,以科技创新为驱动,增强经济发展的硬实力。文化是国家的软实力,必须坚持先进文化前进方向,坚定文化自信,加快改革发展,建设文化强国,强化社会主义文化的凝聚力。建设巩固国防和强大军队是中国现代化建设的战略任务,必须坚持强军目标,以军事战略方针为统揽,贯彻政治建军方略,深化军事斗争准备,实施改革强军战略,全面提高军队的战斗力。权力来自人民服务人民,必须坚持全面依法治国,把权力关进制度的笼子,提升国家治理能力,为中国力量的根基永固,有效提供法治的保障力。

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed： We should always be ready to meet the major challenges, resist major risks, overcome major obstacles and resolve major contradictions in order to persist in and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics,uphold and consolidate the Party’s leading and ruling status. To this end, we must be clear that it is the people who create the history. So we must adhere to the supremacy of people. All for people,all rely on people, and give full play to people’s creativity. The Communist Party of China is the core of leadership of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics who must administer the Party in a comprehensive and strict manner to maintain the Party’s advanced nature and continuously strengthen the leadership of the Party. Marxism is a scientific theory, the guiding ideology of the proletarian party. We must stick to promote the localization of Marxism in China, strengthen the guiding position of Marxism and ensure its guiding force. Developing is an unyielding principle. We must comprehensively deepen reform, take economic construction as the center, take scientific and technological innovation as the driving force to enhance the hard power of economic development. Culture is the country’s soft power.
