中国话语与中国话语权之辨析

Distinguish and Analyze Chinese Discourse and Chinese Discourse Right

中国话语与中国话语权是相互关联的两个不同概念,前者的主要形态是中国理论,其核心内容是中国价值,而后者是指中国话语对世界上其他国家的影响力。当前中国已有自己的话语,但中国话语为世界上其他国家接受的不够多,尤其是与西方国家相比较存在着较大的差距。其原因主要在于中国话语尚未获得充分的实践证明。增强中国话语权的根本路径在于中国话语的正确性、先进性得到实践的检验。

Chinese discourse and Chinese discourse right, axe two interrelated and different concepts. The main form of the former is Chinese theory and its core concern is the Chinese value, while the latter refers to the influence of the Chinese discourse on the rest of the world. At present, China has had its own discourse. But especially compared with the western countries, the acceptance of the Chinese discourse is not enough by the rest of the world. The main reason is that Chinese discourse has not yet been fully proved by practice. The fundamental way to enhance the Chinese discourse right lies in the correctness and the advanced nature of it, which needs to be tested by practice.
