韩国文化产业政策调整对我国的启示

Enlightenment of Korean Contents Industry Policy Adjustment on China

2013年后,为解决文化产业发展过程中累积的问题,应对国内外竞争,推动文化产业可持续发展,韩国政府对文化产业政策进行调整,制定颁布了"文学与人文学振兴法";整合文化产业管理机构,新建"未来科技部",强化对文化产业的管理;制定文化产业技术发展规划,加大对文化产业技术资金扶持;构建良性健全市场环境等。调整后,韩国文化产业迅猛发展,由2012年的世界第12位,一跃升至2015年的第7位。韩国文化产业政策调整的上述作法,可为我国制定文化产业政策提供参考。

After 2013, in order to solve the problems in the development of contents industry, and to cope with the competition home and abroad, so as to eventually promote the sustainable development of its contents industry, the Korean government has made adjustments in the contents industry policy and has enacted laws of literature ＆ humanities promotion. In order to strengthen the management in contents industry, the Korean government has integrated the management institutions of contents industry and established the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning. Other measures include making plans and increasing financial support for the development of its contents industry technology, and building up a positive and sound market environment. Due to these adjustments, Korean contents industry has gained rapid development since then, with its ranking jumping from 12 in 2012 to 7 in 2015 worldwide. The adjustment of Korean contents industry policy can serve as a reference for the policy-making of Chinese contents industry.
