只有建设制度文明,才能坚定制度自信。坚定制度自信,有必要明确提出并加快建设中国特色社会主义的制度文明。积极推进制度文明与物质文明、政治文明、精神文明、社会文明、生态文明协调发展,全面进步。中国特色社会主义制度的本质特征,从经济建设要求看,中国特色社会主义制度的本质特征是共同富裕;从政治建设要求看,中国特色社会主义制度的本质特征是人民当家作主;从文化建设要求看,中国特色社会主义制度的本质特征是社会主义先进文化;从社会建设要求看,中国特色社会主义制度的本质特征是公平正义、社会和谐;从生态建设要求看,中国特色社会主义制度的本质特征就是资源节约、环境友好。这五个方面制度文明建设的基本要求概括起来就是八个字:全面发展、高度文明。
