摘要
美术馆是提供公共文化服务的重要场所,也是保障人民群众基本文化权益的基本阵地。通过对11个省13个美术馆调研分析,我们发现,不同群体参观美术馆的动机、收获、满意度评价存在差异,而影响这些差异的因素主要有年龄、职业、文化程度等多个方面。在构建现代公共文化服务体系、着力推进公共文化服务标准化、均等化建设时,美术馆应根据公众需求和群体差异,加强内容品质建设,提高宣传能力,创新供给方式与呈现形式,开展多样化的社会教育和服务活动。
Art museum is an important place to provide public cultural services, and a basic position to protect people’s basic cultural interests. Based on the research analysis involved 13 art museums, 11 provinces, the paper finds that different groups have different motivations to visit art museums, and their learnings as well as satisfaction evaluations are of diversity. The factors that cause such differences include age, occupation, education background and so on. Therefore, when it comes to focus on constituting public service system of culture to obtain standardization and equalization, it is necessary for art museum to combine people’s demands and group differences so as to enhance the construction of content qualities and publicity capabilities, innovate the way of supplying and the form of expression, develop a great diversity of social educations and services.
