论全面建成小康社会中的“文化小康”建设

The Construction of the Cultural Well-off in the Building of a Moderately Prosperous Society in All Respects

党的十八大提出"全面建成小康社会"的奋斗目标,这其中必然包括"文化小康"的建设,不能把全面建成小康社会只理解为纯粹的经济指标,文化小康在全面建成小康社会中还发挥着推动作用,这正是文化小康与全面建成小康社会双重关系的两个方面。文化小康有其基本内涵和实现的路径方法,文化小康建设应立足于"精神家园"的营造,着眼于"集体人格"的构建,更要积极发挥文化的作用。

The 18th National Congress of CPC proposed the goal of the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects. The moderately prosperous society inevitably involves the construction of the cultural well-off, which is supposed to play an effective role in promoting the construction of moderately prosperous society in all respects. The cultural well-off has its own content and the way of realization. It must be based on the creating of spiritual home, focus on the construction of collective personality, what’s more,the role of the culture should be brought into play.
