摘要
FIFTH是以德国高校科研以及与科研相关的"第三使命"为考察对象的评估项目。在借鉴相关评估模型指标设定的基础上,德国高校发展中心将FIFTH项目发展为包含四大范系、涉及十六项指标的整体化评估模型。评估显示,德国应用技术大学在"第三使命"职能活动中表现积极,主要表现在:积极建设校内外科研网络与校企合作网络;主动参与区域事务;高度重视科学技术转让、学生深入参与科研等。
Abstrac t:The FIFTH project is based on the scientific research of “the third mission” of the universities in Germany. On the basis of the relevant evaluation model, CHE has developed the FIFTH project into the integrated evaluation model, which includes four major modules and 16 indicators. The evaluation shows the German Universities of Applied Technology are highly active in uthe "third mission", mainly in the con-struction of campus network and the scientific research cooperation network, attaching great importance to science and technology transfer, stu-dents * participation in scientific research and participation in regional affairs.
