Three Issues of the Rule of Law Education in Colleges and Universities to Implement the Socialist Core Values

社会主义核心价值观是当代中国凝魂聚气、强基固本的观念体系,决定着高校法治教育的培养目标。高校法治教育是社会主义核心价值观的再生产过程,促成法律从知识体系向价值体系转化。高校法治教育贯彻社会主义核心价值观需充分重视三个方面的问题:从意识形态的高度认清中西方核心价值观的差别,对法治理念的价值引领与法律实践的落差做出合于时代的正确解读,将教材体系向教学体系转化过程中需有针对性地对社会主义核心价值观进行理论拆分和体系建构。

The socialist core values are a concept system to condense soul and strengthen foundation in contemporary Ghina.lt determines the training objective of rule of law education in colleges and universities. The rule of law education in colleges and universities is the reproduc-tion process of socialist core values, which promotes the transformation of law from the knowledge system to the value system. Three issues shall be considered when carrying out the rule of law education to implement the socialist core values： recognize the difference between Chinese and Western core values from the ideological point of view; make correct interpretation conforming to the times for the difference between the value orientation of the rule of law and the legal practice; in the process of transforming the teaching material system into the teaching system, it is necessary to carry out theoretical split and system construction to the socialist core values.
