减少水稻收割机谷粒损失的技术途径

摘要 大中型水稻收割机在规模化水稻产区得到了普及应用,但因机手操作水平不高、收割机技术调整不当等原因,常常导致谷粒总损失率超过规定要求。减少水稻收割机谷粒损失已成为用机户、营机户和驾驶员三方关注的焦点。从做好"六个调整"、"三个选择"和"十项注意"等技术视角,提出减少水稻收割作业谷粒损失的途径,为提高作业效率、保证作业质量、增加营机收益、保证驾驶安全提供技术支持。 Large and medium-sized rice harvester has popularized the application in large-scale rice producing region, however, grain loss rate usually exceeds the regulated requirements due to the low operation level of the driver and the improper technology adjustment to harvester. To decrease grain loss from rice harvester has become the focus of attention paid by three parties of operation household,business user and driver. This paper, from the technical view of 'six adjustments', 'two selections' and 'ten attentions', put forward the approaches to decreasing grain loss from rice harvester operation, in order to provide technical support for improving operation efficiency, guaranteeing working quality, increasing operation benefit and guaranteeing a safe driving.
