According to the related content in food additives section of Enforcement Regulation for National Food Safety Spot-Check Supervision, this paper mainly made an analysis on product category, inspection standard, spot check and inspection requirement, in order to provide technical reference for supervisor, inspection body and food manufacturing enterprises.
