县级农机化教育培训思路与创新研究

Research on Agricultural Mechanization Educational Training Ideas and Innovation at Country Level

针对当前农机化教育培训工作面临的问题,提出创新教育培训活动内容、坚持学用结合、强化师资建设、走出去无偿办学、瞄准农机化技术推广重点、以需求为导向开展有针对性教育培训等思路,力求让教育培训能够满足农业农村农民需求,以不断提高农民素质和科技运用能力。

For the problems faced by agricultural mechanization educational training at present, this paper put forward content of innovative educational training activities, insisting on integration of learning and application, strengthening construction of teachers' team, aiming at the key of agricultural mechanization technology promotion, and developing pointed educational training idea based on demand. It strived to make educational training meet farmers' demand, so as to continually improve farmers' quality and technology applying ability.
