摘要
根据狐狸博士效应的理论基础,结合农机校教学实际,从语言表达能力、教学表演能力、幽默感、个人魅力四方面,探讨提高教师素质的主要作用及具体方法,为提升农机课程的课堂教学效果提供借鉴。
According to the theoretical base of Doctor fox effect, this paper, combined with the actual situation of agricultural machinery teaching, discussed the main function and concrete method of improving teachers' quality from the four aspects of language competence, teaching performance ability, sense of humor and personal charisma, which provided reference for improving the classroom teaching effect of agricultural machinery courses.
