摘要
利用生物质电厂焚烧秸秆后产生的灰渣制作环保型秸秆复混肥,通过探讨烘干温度和加酸量对肥料养分的影响,确定造粒最优工艺条件为肥料烘干温度80℃、酸液(1∶10硫酸)添加量10 mL,实现了电厂固体废弃物利用技术的优化。
The environment-friendly straw compound fertilizer was prepared by using the ash produced by the biomass power plant burning the straw. By discussing the effect of drying temperature and acid content addition on the nutrient in the fertilizer, the optimum technical conditions during the granulation process was that: The optimum drying temperature for fertilizer was 80 ℃, and adding amount of acid liquid(1∶10 sulfuric acid) was 10 mL, which realized the optimization for solid waste utilization technology in power plant.
