Analysis on Preventing Stealing Electricity by Using Load Control Management System and AC Sampling

窃电是违法行为,但在个人和局部经济利益引诱下窃电现象仍屡见不鲜,而传统的人工巡视检查的反窃电方法效果有限。针对目前电力企业面对的各种窃电行为,重点研究利用现有技术抑制窃电的方法,以期为打击窃电行为提供支持。

Stealing electricity is illegal, but lured by the individual and partial economic interests, the phenomenon of stealing electricity is nothing new. The effect of preventing stealing electricity method by traditional artificial patrol inspection is quite limited.This paper made focus research on the method of controlling electricity stealing by available technology based on all kinds of electricity stealing behavior that the electric power enterprises faced at present, in order to provide support for striking the behavior of stealing electricity.
