摘要
根据富氧熔炼炉用氧的周期性,通过调节空分系统机组负荷的操作,保证氧气站在熔炼炉降低 用氧时降低系统负荷,在用氧高峰时提高负荷,提高了氧气站对富氧熔炼炉的适应性,最大化地节省了氧气 站的能源消耗.
According to the periodicity of oxygen consumption of oxygen-enriched smelting furnace,the load of a ir separation unit shall be adjusted to ensure the system load reduction of oxygen station while the oxygen consumption is reduced in smelting furnace, the load will be improved during the peak of oxygen consumption,by which the adaptability of oxygen station to oxygen-enriched smelting furnace can be improve and the energy consumption of oxygen station can be greatly saved.
