某水电站工地试验室运行及管理模式的探讨

Study on Operation and Management Mode of Site Laboratory of A Hydropower Project

工地试验室主要承担合同内的试验检测任务,同时提供专业技术服务、管理和现场指导施工。通过以试验检测的手段对工程所用的各种原材料、生产施工过程中各工序的质量及已经完成的工程质量进行评价。为工程验收、质量控制及决策提供科学、公证及客观的依据,确保工程建设的质量安全满足设计要求。笔者结合某工程质量管理及试验检测行业发展形式,对后续工程建设试验检测的管理模式进行探讨。

The site laboratory plays a role of have tests and inspection specified in contract performed mainly and provides technical services,management and site guidance as well. Through testing and inspecting means,raw materials,quality of work procedures during construction and the completed work quality are assessed. It provides acceptance,quality control and decision with scientific,fair and objective basis so as to secure the engineering quality and safety to satisfy design requirements. With practice of quality management of a project and the development modes of testing and inspecting industries,the management modes of tests and inspection of sequent engineering construction are explored.
