基于系统动力学的电子商务库存管理仿真研究

摘要 运用系统动力学方法建立电子商务配送中心库存模型,并进行计算机仿真,对库存商品在不同持有成本、缺货成本条件下,以缺货次数和缺货量最少为目标仿真目标库存;在目标库存和持有成本不变、工厂供货延迟时间不同的条件下,以最小日平均成本为目标仿真仓库缺货量.建议建立信息共享机制、积极协调缩短延迟时间、合理并及时预测中心目标库存,达到降低仓库日平均成本,减少仓库缺货情况的发生,保障发货质量和发货速度,提升买家购物体验. This paper uses system dynamics to establish the inventory model of e-commerce distribution center,and to carry out computer simulation. It also takes the least stockout and amount of goods in short as the target simulation inventory under the condition of different carrying costs and stockout costs,and takes the minimum average daily costs as the amount of out of stock of target simulation warehouse under the situation of same target inventory,same holding costs and different delay time for factory supply. This paper suggests to establish information sharing mechanism,to coordinate activity to shorten the delay time to forecast the center target inventor reasonably and timely to reduce the average daily cost and shortage of warehouses,to guarantee the quality and speed of shipments and to enhance the shopping experience of the buyer will also be proposed at last.
