摘要
在数控加工实训过程中,数控车床一旦发生撞刀,危害极大.为了有效地防止撞刀现象的发生,基于现有的PLC控制技术,结合速度传感技术与位置信号识别技术,开发设计出一套防撞刀控制系统.将这套防撞刀系统装在实训用的数控车床上,初学者或是学生即使操作失误,也能有效地避免撞刀的发生.这套防撞刀系统能有效减少了事故的发生,很好地保障了数控车床的精度和操作者的人身安全.
In the process of NC machine practice,CNC lathe will cause great harm once tool collision occurs. In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of tool collision,the author has designed and developed one anti-collision system based on the existing PLC control technology,at the same time combined with speed sensor technology and position signal recognition technology. This anti-collision system will be installed on CNC lathe for practical training. Even if the beginners or students have some misoperation,it could effectively avoid tool collision. This anti-collision system could effectively lessen the accidents and ensure the accuracy of CNC lathe and the personal safety of operator.
