摘要 以环氧树脂E-44和聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料合成环氧树脂乳化剂,并用相反转法对环氧树脂E-51进行乳化,制备了固含量为50%的水性环氧树脂乳液.乳化剂结构通过红外光谱(FT-IR)得以表征.通过粘度、离心稳定性、粒径分析等性能测试,分析了催化剂种类、聚乙二醇分子量、环氧基团与羟基的摩尔比、乳化剂用量对乳液性能的影响,确定催化剂选择三氟化硼乙醚,聚乙二醇最佳分子量为6 000,环氧基团与羟基的摩尔比以1∶1.5~1∶1为宜,乳化剂的最低用量为20%.热重分析(TGA)结果表明,水性化的环氧树脂乳液固化物的耐热性能与未改性的环氧树脂相当. The emulsifier for waterborne epoxy resin was prepared by epoxy resin E-44 and polyethylene glycol( PEG),which was then used to emulsify epoxy resin E-51 by phase inversion process to to prepare a 50% solids waterborne epoxy resin emulsion. The structure of emulsifier was characterized by infrared spectrum( FT-IR). Through the tests of the emulsion viscosity and centrifugal stability、particle size analysis,effects of the catalyst type and the molecular weight of PEG、the molar ratio of epoxy group and hydroxyl group、emulsifier amount on the emulsion properties were investigated. Boron trifluoride ethyl ether was used as the initiator,the optimal molecular weight of PEG was 6000,the molar ratio of epoxy group and hydroxyl group in 1 ∶ 1.5 ~ 1 ∶ 1 is appropriate,and the minimum amount of emulsifier is 20%. The results of TGA showed that the heat resistance of the cured product of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion was equivalent to that of unmodified epoxy resin.
