摘要
互联网金融近些年得以高速发展,各种风险也逐渐显现出来。为了对互联网金融有效监管,文章将复杂多样的互联网金融形式按功能进行分类,并对互联网金融的风险进行分析,认为在原有的金融风险框架下研究互联网金融风险的具体特征,有助于快速且深入地了解互联网金融的风险特征。最后,针对中国互联网金融的发展特征提出相应监管的政策建议。
Internet finance is developing rapidly in recent years,and various risks also gradually revealed.In order to supervise internet finance efficiently,this paper classified the complicated internet financial form according to function,and analyzed the risk of internet finance; and it considered that,under the framework of the existing financial risks,study the specific characteristics of the internet financial risks can help us to understand the internet financial risk characteristics quickly and deeply.Finally,according to the development characteristics of China's Internet finance,this paper put forward the corresponding regulatory policy recommendations.
