金融专业研究生“产学研”合作培养模式研究

The Study on the Training Model of Production,Learning and Research for Master of Finance

我国区域经济的发展必须要有相适应的金融创新人才作为后盾,以市场为主导的产学研合作培养模式可以提升金融专业研究生的综合素质,不断输出符合金融创新需求的高素质人才,弥补传统培养模式的不足。文章以金融创新为起点,分析产学研合作不同阶段的内容和矛盾,提出构建战略协同机制、利益协同机制、资源协同机制、管理协同机制和风险协同机制,同时政府要发挥引导职能、协调职能、监督职能和服务职能,为金融人才培养的各个阶段保驾护航。

The development of regional economy must be supported by the corresponding financial innovation talents,the market-orientation cooperation mode of production,learning and research can improve the comprehensive quality of financial postgraduates,and continuously output high-quality talents that meet the needs of financial innovation which makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional training model.Taking the financial innovation as the starting point,this paper analyses the content and contradictions of the cooperation from different stages; and proposes to construct strategic coordination mechanism,benefit coordination mechanism,resource coordination mechanism,management coordination mechanism and risk coordination mechanism.At the same time,the government should play guiding functions,coordinate functions,supervise functions and service functions,and escort the all stages of financial talents training.
