摘要
基于球墨铸铁基体组织具有接近于钢的化学成分,将淬火配分(Q&P)热处理工艺应用于球墨铸铁.采用金相组织观察,X射线衍射技术分析其微观组织演变过程;利用万能试验机测定其力学性能.结果表明,经Q&P处理后,其基体组织转变为马氏体和残余奥氏体,若配分时间超过了贝氏体转变孕育期,还将发生贝氏体转变.较高含量的马氏体、贝氏体提高了球铁的强度;而残余奥氏体的存在增强了其韧性.
Based on the fact that ductile iron has the similar chemical composition to iron,Quenching and Partitioning(QP)heat treatment was applied to ductile iron.The evolution of microstructure was investigated by optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction technology.And its mechanical properties were measured by universal testing machine.The results show that the microstructure became mainly martensite and retained austenite.Further more,bainite will be transformed if the incubation time of bainite transformation were fulfilled during partitioning process.Higher volumetric fraction of martensite and/or bainite increased the strength and the existence of retained austenite reinforced its toughness.
