摘要
以社会认知理论为基础,遵循平均概率规则并运用情绪输入模型构建了包括敏锐度和坚持的双路径模型,探讨了工作激情影响新生代员工创造力的机理.对202名企业新生代员工的样本数据进行了实证检验,研究结果表明:工作激情对员工创造力有正向影响;员工敏锐度在工作激情与创造力间起中介作用;坚持的两个维度中基于享受的坚持在工作激情与员工创造力间起到显著中介作用,而基于任务完成的坚持的中介作用未得到验证.
Based on the theory of social cognition, equal-odds rule and the mood as input model, this paperconstructs a dual path model including alertness and persistence, and discusses the mechanism of work passion af-fecting the creativity of new generation staff. Through the empirical analysis of the sample data of 202 new generationemployees, the results show that the work passion has a positive effect on the creativity of the staff; alertness of em-ployee plays a mediating role between work passion and creativity; the persistence based on enjoyment of two-di-mension persistence plays a significant intermediary role in the work passion and creativity. However, the intermedi-ary role of the persistence based on mission accomplishment has not been verified.
