摘要
结合互联网便利性、及时性和保密性与朋辈心理辅导自发性、义务性和有效性两者的优势,运用社会网络分析方法选拔出虚拟网络中的"网络红人",让其在互联网平台上担当心理辅导员的角色,尝试构建一种"心理咨询教师与朋辈心理辅导相结合""线上沟通与线下监控相结合"的新工作模式来解决现实与虚拟中高校心理咨询存在的难题,助推高校心理咨询工作取得新发展.
The advantage of Internet that is of convenience, timeliness and confidentiality needs to be integratedwith that of spontaneity, compulsiveness and validity in peer counseling. The social network analysis method is ap-plied to select the ＂web celebrity＂ in the virtual network world, who would be requested to play the role of psycholog-ical counselors on the Internet platform. This paper attempts to construct a new mode of ＂the integration of psycho-logical counseling teachers and peer counseling, and the integration of online communication and offline monitor-ing＂, which would solve the difficult problems in the actual and virtual psychological counseling in universities, thusboosting the development of psychological counseling in universities.
