摘要
食品科学与工程专业作为食品领域的工科专业,其最大特点是具有很强的实践性和应用性,这对该专业学生工程素质的培养就提出了更高的要求.实践教学是食品科学与工程专业教学过程中的重要环节.以食品科学与工程专业学生工程素质的培养为切入口,深入开展应用型专业学生工程素质培养模式的探索与实践.通过对国家人才战略需求以及该专业大学生工程素质的内涵进行分析,确定食品科学与工程专业应用型人才培养方案,建立贯穿工程素质培养为主线的"实境训教"实践教学改革研究,树立工程技术理论和工程实践训练两个并重的食品科学与工程专业学生应用型人才培养模式以及相应的教师队伍建设.
The course in food science and engineering ischaracterized by practicality and application, whichbring more requests to the cultivation of students’engineering quality. Practice teaching is an important part in theteaching process offood science and engineering. This paperattempts to explorea training mode of application-orientedengineering quality of this course. It analyses the demand of national talent strategy and the connotation ofcollege students’ engineering quality, determines the training program of food science and engineering, and conductsthe teaching reform and practice research named "practical environment training education". The engineeringtechnologytheoryand engineering practice training are equally emphasized to set upa training mode of application-orientedengineering qualityof food science and engineering both forteachers and students.
