大孔树脂分离纯化火龙果红色素的工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 以白肉和红肉火龙果果皮为研究对象,探究大孔树脂对火龙果色素分离纯化工艺.采用静态吸附和解吸实验比较ADS-7、S-8、NKA-9、AB-8、D-101、X-5六种型号树脂分离纯化效果,实验结果表明:S-8型大孔树脂吸附和解吸性能较好,其分离纯化最优参数为色素液p H=2~3,洗脱剂p H=5,洗脱剂为0.2%盐酸和40%乙醇混合溶液,上样液流速2 BV/h,洗脱曲线最佳体积160 m L,纯化后色素的色价分别为62.50和70.18,是纯化前的倍5.31和5.26倍. Using white and red pitaya as the raw material, explore the macroporous resin purification process of pitaya pigment. 6 type macroporous resins, ADS-7, S-8, NKA-9, AB-8, D-101, X-5 were used to select the better performance for separation and purification of red pigment from pitaya. The results showed that, the S-8 had the higher adsorption rate and desorption rate. The optimum purification technology by S-8 resin was as follow: the p H value of pigment solution is 2~3, the p H of elution solution is 5, the concentration of eluent solution is 0.2%HCl and40% C2 H6 O, the current velocity of adsorption is 2 BV/h, the volume of elution curve of 160 m L, the color scale of pigments purified from peel of white pitaya was 62.50, and it was 5.31 times higher as compared with that before purification, and the color scale of pigments purified from peel of red pitaya was 70.18, and it was 5.26 times higher as compared with that before purification.
