摘要 为探索蚯蚓粪+AMF对生姜连作障碍的缓解作用,以连作生姜为研究对象,研究了不同比例蚯蚓粪+AMF对连作生姜分枝数、株高、茎粗、地上部分鲜重、产量、病情指数和防治效果的影响.结果表明:蚯蚓粪和AMF对连作生姜分枝数、株高和茎粗有较大影响;在连作土壤加入蚯蚓粪和接种AMF,均有效提高了连作生姜的地上部分鲜重和生姜产量,其中T2A处理增幅较大,分别为691.71%和101.21%;连作土壤加入蚯蚓粪和接种AMF,均可降低病情指数,其中T2A处理防治效果较佳;综合各项指标来看,T2A处理(50%蚯蚓粪+AMF)更有利于连作生姜生长,能有效降低生姜连作病害,提高生姜产量. For exploring the relieving effect of wormcast + AMF on ginger's continuous cropping obstacle, regarding continuous cropping ginger as the object, the research studies the different proportion of earthworm dung + AMF on the branch number, plant height, stem diameter, fresh weight, yield of continuous cropping ginger and the disease index of aerial part, including controlling concrete effects. The results show that the wormcast and AMF have great influence on continuous cropping ginger and branch number. In addition, continuous cropping soil added by wormcast has promoted the early germination branches. Besides, the matrix of ginger added by wormcast exposes the inoculation of AMF, which can increase the ginger branch number significantly during the whole growing period, but the wormcast ratio increases late inhibits of ginger branch number. In the meanwhile, adding wormcast and vaccination into continuous cropping soil AMF has effectively improved the production of continuous cropping upon fresh weight above ground ginger, which has reflected the largest rise in the treatment T2 A, 691.71% and 101.21%respectively. Continuous cropping soil added by wormcast and the AMF inoculation can reduce the disease index of prevention and control, among which the effect of T2 A treatment is better. Based on the comprehensive indicators,T2 A treatment(50% wormcast + AMF) is more conducive to the growth of ginger, which also can reduce the linked diseases of ginger effectively, improving the yield finally.
