摘要
为了探究体育课堂和课外体育活动时间,大学生中等强度的体育活动和个体动机和班级水平动机的关系,采用问卷调查法等方法探究个人动机和班级动机对大学生体育课堂和课外体育活动中的影响程度,自我决定动机和体育课堂中到高强度的体育活动的相关系数(R2=0.31).笔者假设个人水平的自我决定动机和学生课外体育活动的各变量密切相关,然而班级水平的自我决定动机和体育课堂教学中的各变量密切相关.
This study investigated how much of the observed variation in adolescent boys' MVPA levels(during PE and leisure-time) was explained by individual-and class-level motivation through questionnaire methods.Self-determined motivation toward PE predicted MVPA during PE lessons(R2=0.31). This paper explores the physical classroom and extracurricular sports activities, college students' physical activity of moderate intensity and individual motives and class level motivation relationship. This paper assumes that the individual level of self-determination motivation and students' extracurricular sports activities closely related to each variable, however,class level of self-determination motivation and closely related to each of the variables in the sports teaching.
