当地居民对大型会展活动的满意度研究——以博鳌亚洲论坛为例

Study on Local Residents' Satisfaction on Large-scale MICE Activities:taking the Boao Forum for Asia as an example

以博鳌亚洲论坛为例,采用"重要-表现"分析法,对大型会展活动举办地居民对大型会展活动的满意度进行研究,发现居民对以博鳌亚洲论坛为代表的业已成功举办多年的重要大型活动,以及未来类似大型活动的举办,均有较高的支持度;对大型会展活动在经济、社会、环境等方面产生的积极影响,持肯定和满意态度,但对其引发的房价上涨、交通拥堵等系列问题持不满态度。当地政府和活动主办方应重视民众意见及其合理诉求,在充分发挥大型活动积极效应的同时,采取战略优化、居民宣教、可持续发展和供给侧改革等措施,将其弊端和消极影响降到最低,进一步提高居民对举办类似大型活动的支持度和满意度,构建举办方与社区的和谐关系,也为活动的顺利举办和可持续发展提供借鉴。

Studying on local residents ＇ satisfaction on large-scale MICE events through the importance-performance analysis method and taking the Boao Forum for Asia as an example, the paper finds out that local residents have great supports for hosting the big successful events like the Boao Forum for Asia and the similar events in the future. Local residents have supportive and satisfactory attitudes on the large -scale MICE activities, which have positive effects on the economy, the society and the environment. The residents meanwhile feel unsatisfied on house price rising and traffic jam resulted from the MICE events. Therefore, local governments and forum organizers should make the best use of the advantages in the light of the opinions and demands of the people and reduce the drawbacks and negative impacts by the strategic optimization, the publicity and education to the residents, the sustainable development and the supply-side structural reform in order to further improve the local residents 爷 support and satisfaction on hosting the similar events, construct the harmonious relationship between the organizers and the communities and provide the reference on MICE activity and its sustainable development.
