东盟国家留学生招生与管理策略研究——基于天津职业院校视角

Management Strategies of Overseas Stndents Recruitment of ASEAN Countries in Tianjin Vocational Colleges

作为多元文化的国家联盟,东盟国家在其发展过程中,面临着缺乏高水平技术型人才的困境。高等职业教育致力于培养高水平技术型人才,但天津高职院校在招收、培养东盟留学生方面仍处于起步阶段,招生渠道与对策、教学管理及双语师资队伍建设等都存在不足之处。为改善招生现状、提升东盟留学生教育水平,天津职业院校应逐步拓宽国际合作办学渠道,探索建立中国-东盟交流平台,拓展宣传与合作途径,尝试招生招工联合培养模式,疏通人才培训就业途径,大力开展院校及政府合作项目,为东盟国家培育更多优秀的、紧缺型人才。

As a multi-cultural country alliance, the ASEAN countries faced with the plight of the lack of high level technology talents in the process of their development. Higher vocational education commits itself to cultivating high-level technology talents, but it is still in its infancy for Tianjin higher vocational colleges and there are deficiencies in recruiting, training ASEAN overseas students, recruitment channels and countermeasure, teaching management and team construction of bilingual teachers, etc.. In order to improve the enrollment status, education level of ASEAN overseas students, Tianjin vocational colleges should gradually broaden the channels of international cooperation in running schools, establishing a platform for the exchange between China and ASEAN and expanding the approaches of promotion and cooperation. And they should also try to adopt the joint training mode in recruiting students and the recruitment, dredge employment way of talent training, vigorously promote cooperation projects between universities and the government, foster more urgently-needed talents for the ASEAN countries.
