Survey on the Current Situation of Harmonious Mental Health Promotion in College Dormitories——A Case Study of Nanyang Normal University

大学生的宿舍和谐心理状况直接影响其心理健康水平。文章通过对南阳师范学院学生宿舍和谐心理状况的问卷调查,了解大学生宿舍的心理氛围、宿舍不和谐心理的呈现及应对情况,运用SPSS22.0对数据进行分析,提出大学生宿舍和谐心理建设的相应对策。

College students' mental health status in dormitories directly affects their mental health development.The article conducts a survey on the harmonious mental health status in college students' dormitories at Nanyang Normal University,the results of which will be analyzed with SPSS22. 0. Issues like college students' psychological ethos,disharmonious mental health scenarios,and other interpersonal conflicts will be addressed in the hope of finding some countermeasures to improve the mental health status of college students.
