高校大学生创新创业人才培养体系探讨

Innovation & Entrepreneurship-oriented Talent Cultivation System in Colleges and Universities

大学生创新创业工作是教育领域重要的民生工程和教育教学与人才培养质量的重要反映。高校作为创新创业的重要"孵化器",必须主动担当新使命,努力造就大众创业、万众创新的生力军。从高校明确创新创业人才培养目标、为大学生创新创业提供保障、将创新创业教育融入课堂教学中、充分发挥高校众创空间的作用、推进大学生创新创业文化氛围建设等五个方面提出人才培养的相应措施,为高校开展大学生创新创业人才培养提供参考依据。

Fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among college students is an important mission of college education,which is also a reflection of the quality of education. As an important incubator for innovation and entrepreneurship,colleges and universities must take the initiative to take on a new mission,and strive to create a new force for public entrepreneurship and innovation. The current situation of and problems facing the cultivation of innovative talents out of university students are analyzed. Innovation and entrepreneurship-related issues like training objectives,policy support,classroom instruction,et cetera,are also addressed. In order to further boost innovation and entrepreneurship among college students,corresponding measures are put forward herein from five aspects in the hope of rendering useful reference to colleges and universities attempting to improve their talent cultivation system.
