摘要 通过利用comsol数值模拟软件,对脉冲电场作用下的液滴运动规律进行模拟,建立液滴在脉冲电场作用下的物理模型和乳状液界面动力学模型;研究脉冲电场中乳状液的电场强度、占空比、介电常数等参数对液滴的变形行为的影响;针对脉冲电场中乳状液的电场强度、分散相水滴的受力以及各电场参数对水滴变形的作用机理等进行深入探讨,最终得到的水滴变形速率方程,能够较为客观地反映出脉冲电场作用下水滴的变形规律,具有一定的指导意义。 By using the comsol numerical simulation software,the droplet movement law under the action of pulsed electric field was simulated. The theoretical model and the interfacial dynamics of the droplet under the electric field model for numerical simulation were established. In order to study the deformation of droplet, influencing factors such as rupture and coalescence behavior were put forward. The electric field intensity of the emulsion in the pulsed electric field, the force of the dispersed water droplets and the mechanism of the electric field parameters on the deformation of the water droplets were discussed in depth. The obtained water droplet deformation rate equation could objectively reflect the deformation law of water droplets in the pulsed electric field had certain guiding significance.
