摘要 以顺丁烯二酸酐(MAH)、乙酸乙烯酯(VAC)为单体,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,采用溶液接枝法对废旧聚苯乙烯(PS)泡沫塑料进行接枝聚合,以PS共聚物为基材制备水乳胶粘剂。通过研究引发剂用量、引发剂加入方式、单体用量和复合单体用量对接枝率的影响,确定出制备具有较高接枝率共聚物的反应条件,在此基础上对制备的胶粘剂进行力学性能测试。 The graft copolymerization of waste polystyrene ( PS) foam was carried out by graft polymerization of maleic anhydride ( MAH) and vinyl acetate (VAC) as monomers and benzoyl peroxide ( BPO) as initiator. The prepared PS copolymer was used as base material to emulsify and prepare water emulsion adhesive. Through the study of initiator dosage, the mode of initiator addition, monomer dosage and compound monomerinitiator dosage on the grafting rate, the reaction conditions for preparing copolymers with higher graft ratio were determined, the reaction conditions of high grafting ratio of the copolymer in the preparation were determined, on this basis, the mechanical properties of the adhesive were tested.
