摘要
罗丹明B被Fenton氧化的过程中荧光强度发生变化,据此建立了荧光光谱法测定过氧化氢的新方法。过氧化氢浓度在0.3~4.0&mol·L^(-1)范围内,罗丹明B在585 nm处的荧光强度变化值ΔI与过氧化氢浓度呈线性关系,检出限为0.2&mol·L^(-1)。对过氧化氢浓度为2.0&mol·L^(-1)的标准溶液进行5次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为3.5%。本法应用于雨水中过氧化氢的测定,结果令人满意。
A sensitive and rapid fluorescence spectrophotometry for hydrogen peroxide ( H2O2 ) determination was developed, using rhodamine B (RhB) oxidized by Fenton reaction. The decrease of the fluorescence intensity of RhB at 585 nm in fenton system was linear to the concentration of H2O2 in the range of 0. 3 ~ 4. 0 mmol·L^-1 with the detection limit of 0. 2 mmol -L^-1 The relative standard deviation for determination of standard H2O2 solution of 2. 0 mmol ·L^-1 was 3. 5% ( n = 5 ). The analysis results for rainwater samples were satisfactory.
