摘要
采用渗透检测、光谱分析、硬度检测、金相分析、介质检验等方法,对蒸汽灭菌器端部法兰开裂成因进行系统分析。检测分析表明,裂纹形貌具有沿晶型应力腐蚀开裂特征,蒸汽携带了较高水平的氯离子进入灭菌器内构成了腐蚀介质要素,在焊接残余应力及工作应力叠加作用下,不锈钢法兰发生了开裂失效,应力腐蚀是造成蒸汽灭菌器端部法兰开裂的主要原因。
Penetrant inspection, spectroscopic analysis, hardness testin g, metallurgical analysis and medium inspection were used to analyze the reason for end flange cracking. The results showed that crack morphology was characterized by intergranular stress corrosion cracking, a higher level of chloride ion was carried into the sterilizer by steam and the corrosive medium was formed. Under the influence of welding residual stress and work stress,the cracking of stainless steel flange occurred. Thereby, stress corrosion was the main reason for the cracking of steam sterilizer end flange.
